GG of­fers so­lu­tions to con­nect bat­tery mod­ules of elec­tric ve­hi­cles. The stranded wires are made of cop­per or alu­minum de­pend­ing on the ap­pli­ca­tion. Spe­cial ca­bles such as braids are avail­able for spe­cific re­quire­ments re­gard­ing space and/???or flex­i­bil­ity. We have many years of ex­pe­ri­ence in the se­r­ial use of alu­minum for HV in­ter­con­nec­tors and stand out due to the high de­gree of au­toma­tion of our pro­duc­tion. Con­nec­tors can be adapted in co­op­er­a­tion with the pro­duc­ers. Since 2013, GG-pro­duced cell con­nec­tors are be­ingused in se­r­ial ap­pli­ca­tions.

GG pro­duces sin­gle-core wires with var­i­ous in­su­la­tion ma­te­ri­als for sig­nal trans­mis­sions to var­i­ous units within the ve­hi­cle. They are suit­able for tem­per­a­ture ranges of up to 200 °C. In ad­di­tion to cop­per, GG also uses in­no­v­a­tive con­duc­tor ma­te­ri­als such as alu­minum, cop­per tin (CuSn) and cop­per sil­ver (CuAg). The for­mer is dis­tin­guished by its low weight while the lat­ter two can fit into smaller spaces.
