Are Breast Creams Safe? - What to Look for Before You Buy (2024)

Breast Cream Safety What to Look For

When considering a natural breast enhancement method, a lot of women look to using a breast cream. The question a lot of women have about using one is are they safe?

I often wondered the same thing myself, to be honest, when I started looking at different brand breast creams I really did not know what to look for.

In this article, I will tell you what I have learned about breast cream safety and what to look for when choosing a breast enlargement cream.

Are Breast Creams Safe? - What to Look for Before You Buy (1)

Once I had bought and tried a few breast creams it became clear what ingredients offered the best results and the ones that didn’t.

When I first began using them I never really concerned myself about possible side effects, but when I realized that it took a few months to get results I became a little concerned about the ingredients.

While most breast creams are safe, there are some that might not be.

Some companies don’t make the ingredient labels easily visible on their products so oftentimes you don’t know what you are getting until you have actually received them.

When I began doing research on beauty products to enhance my breasts there wasn’t a lot of information available.

I have spent thousands of dollars on many popular beauty creams and some of them were just plain garbage. A couple of them dint work at all, and worst of all, once I became more knowledgeable about the ingredients I found out that some of them could be harmful.

what to look for?

As some of you may know that the FDA does not regulate most natural products, some countries may be a bit stricter than others but as a whole, most government agencies are not going to concern themselves too much with beauty products.

Breast creams fly under the radar and so you should be careful and know what you are buying.

My first rule of thumb is that if there is no clear list of ingredients I will avoid purchasing that product.

Most breast creams should contain natural ingredients, and the fewer chemicals they have the better.

In order for a cream to work it should contain certain ingredients some of those should include:

  • Fennel seed
  • Damiana Leaf
  • Dandelion root
  • Saw palmetto
  • Blessed thistle
  • Dong Quai root

The above ingredients are essential for making your breasts bigger, what they do is increase estrogen levels. The more estrogen your body produces the better the chance you have of increasing the size of your breasts.

Many breast creams will combine at least four of the above ingredients, this helps stimulate breast growth in a short amount of time.

What they do

Combining a variety of herbs together can have an impact on making your breasts bigger. Many of these herbs contain what are called phytoestrogens (plant estrogens).

Herbs like saw palmetto contain essential enzymes that can help naturally increase breast size.

Certain herbs help increase and stimulate prolactin, a hormone that helps increase breast development.

Diosgenin (phytosteroid sapogenin) is a type of fat that has a similar molecular structure to that of progesterone which helps stimulate fatty tissue within the breasts.

Fennel seeds contain flavonoids that have estrogenic properties which may help stimulate breast tissue.

Pueraria Mirifica is another popular plant herb that can stimulate breast growth and is found in many popular breast creams.

Besides herbs, there are other ingredients you may find in certain brand breast enlargement creams, one that is popular and works rather well is something called Volufiline.

Volufiline is an extract combination of the sarsaparilla root and Asian plant, known as “Zhi Mu”, its patented formula is one that is effective and is backed by clinical proof.

The active ingredient in sarsapogenin is a phytosterol that when applied to the breasts helps increase adipose tissue within the breasts, in fact, it has been shown to increase the size of women’s breasts by up to 8.6%.

Ingredients you should avoid

The first ingredient in my list women should avoid are parabens, I realize that they are found in many cosmetics including makeup, lotions, breast creams, and deodorants, however, your breasts are considered glands, so the last thing you want to do is apply something that contains chemicals directly to your breasts.

Propylene Glycol is an alcohol-based formula, creams containing this solution can dry your skin, and possibly cause a rash, itchiness and even a burning sensation.

Isopropyl Alcohol is a form of alcohol used in some skin products and when it is applied to the skin it evaporates and also pulls moisture from your skin. You should avoid using skin care products that contain this substance.

Mineral Oil has been used in the past to treat digestive orders, there are some skincare products that contain mineral oil. The problem is that mineral oil coats the skin and prevents it from breathing, this can prevent proper skin cell regeneration and cause the skin to age fast.

What’s the best breast cream?

There are many quality breast creams sold, most of them contain all-natural ingredients, however, its best to use your own judgment and read the labels carefully.

Most of the breast creams sold online follow strict guidelines and are careful with the ingredients they put in their products. Most companies rely on word of mouth and re-orders, so selling a product with bad ingredients could quickly hurt their reputation and harm their business.

Should you be concerned?

Yes, applying any beauty product to your body should be a concern, and this should not just include breast creams, you should check ingredient labels in all of your beauty and skincare products before you purchase them.

Breast creams, in particular, take time to work, in order to get the best results it takes at least three months to see results, full results take six months.

There are alternatives

Breast creams are not the only natural way you can use to make your breasts bigger. There are some companies that sell other products that contain estrogen boosting products that don’t involve breast creams.

Natureday, for example, sells a breast enhancement liquid that works wonders, they also sell an all-natural breast soap. You can read a review of their products here.

If you don’t want to use anything involving creams, pills, and tonics you could always consider using a breast enlargement pump.

Final thoughts

I personally love the benefits you can get from a breast cream, some of them can increase the size of your breasts by one to two cup sizes. I love the fact that not only can they make your breasts a bit bigger, they also help make them firmer and help reduce sagging.

The best advice I can give anyone is to read the labels and check the ingredients before you buy any breast cream and for that matter, you should carefully read the labels on other beauty products that you will be applying directly to your skin.
